Swimming Reflection

On Thursday we had our last swimming lesson it was awesome. I learnt two method to get on a boat after we had free time for 10 minute then after some people had a test. Check below to read.

Quick Rip last session

Today was the last session of quick rip i learnt to pass a ball left or right ,scrums,line out and catching plus defending . It was very interesting to learn the technique it was really fun as well.Today we started of playing a rip game me, Jasashia and Ashwin was the tagger i rip Hamza Jamal and Sione he was the hardest check below if you want see it.After we played game and was a tie. If you do not know who is Sione he is on the left when i rip him!

Basketball

Today we had another basketball training .But the coach was late so we played two games of golden child.It was girls vs boys the first game we was the shooters and the girls was the runners at the end the golden child tag everyone but they was four people that was slow that they got out. After when the coach came he gave us a number everyone got one or a two then he said ¨the number one on the right behind the line and the number twos on the other side¨ and then he gave us another number all the way to 13 I was the number 4 then he said¨the number twos are the clippers and the ones are the lakers the lakers won I was in the clippers so we lost is was a fun game.

Today we had basketball after morning tea. It was awesome,exciting and it was super fun. And we learn some cool moves. He came from Auckland Basketball he told us his name but I did not know how to spell it.
First we done some special stance (bending your knees) and making it straight. Then we need to get into a group of 2. We done some dribbling with our left and right hand. And while we was dribbling we had to look at him and say the number. And by the way my partner name is Moszie.
Then we done some pivoting and after we done some fun pivoting (turning one feet) we done some dribbling while moving frontwards and backwards.Then we had to switch with our partners (Moszie) when he blow the whistle.
After we played a game called golden child they was two team i was in the shooting team the other team was the dribbling team. The dribbling team have to run around the court and the shooting team have to shooting the hoop.

Basketball traning!

Today we had basketball training we was doing some technique passes like overhead pass, shoulder pass, chest pass and bounce pass. It was awesome and fabulously fun. Then we done a rely we need to do was do 20 overhead pass,20 shoulder pass (right and left), 20 chest pass and bounce pass it was really fun. The important thing that Jhalal told us not to do is take our feet of the ground when we pass and you need to use your pass technique. After we played a game called ball tag it is a game that you need to pass to each other in till we get some one out it was fantastic. I hope you comment! this is a photo of us playing ball tag.
My next goal is shooting in tall hoop!

Waikowhi trip

On Wednesday we went to Waikowhi. First we got to look at the school they was about 16 councillor they was four group of student and four councillor in each group.Then we was walking to each grade 7 classes the teacher said this is what you guy´ s are doing it was cool to look at the box of a city. After we went into 2 grade 8 classes it was cool to look in the chrome book area it was like a box they said that you will get a laptop in our class. Then it was recess and I played soccer in the fake grass. It was really packed in the filed. After we recess was over we had a number it was up to 5 and each group will something fun I was in the the hard tech group we made a bay blade it was awesome after we made it we coloured it was fantastic day of my life.But it was time to go to hay park school.Next year I am looking for some awesome sport.I will miss my friend in hay park school.
